My name is Chris, and I used to make, consume, enjoy, savor, and obsess about beer.  I used to be married and overweight.  Now I’m a single dad who is trying to kill it as a father, fitness maniac, and above average human.

I started working out at Orange Theory Fitness in March of 2017 and through a combination of exercise, DIET, stress, and almost no alcohol I’ve lost about 50 pounds and have kept the weight off.

Follow me on this new journey, where I have absolutely no fucking idea what I’m doing but insist on pretending like I do!  🙂

Current life goals include…

  • Raising a fucking fantastic daughter who will never allow herself to be told what she can and can’t do by anyone.
  • Continuously improve myself professionally, physically, and mentally.
  • GET THOSE GAINS!
